would sugges that you.
Pick a day that you know that you dad will not
be working and ask him in advance to save
some morning time for you as you need to
discuss some things "father to son".
Begin by saying that you love him and want to
understand his point of view so you want him
to listen to you first. "Dad, I feel like . . . It
hurts me when . . . "
Then ask how the two of you could work
together to make things less stressful for you.
Then be willing to listen to him and HEAR
what he is saying.
