Good day sir, I would have to second the notion of the fella under the handle "keep it". From what you've said, that old tractor has a nice history behind it and a lot of sentimental value. My grandpa was 92 when he passed away and all three of his tractors are still in the same barn where they were when he was alive. All three are still used intermittently on the farm too. Dad and I haven't restored 'em yet but would like to when the good Lord allows us to financially. I strongly recommend keepin the one you have. If he insists on selling it then make him an offer. Many folks have posted about such things and wished they'd never lost track of their family's tractor. God bless --old fashioned farmer
