the guys i used to work for had me stop at local dere dealer before i went to farm one morning jon said parts man knows you are coming and what you need you shouldn't have to wait for it. i went there and and other than parts man was only person in store. he kept picking his nose or scratch his but or something. he finally looked at me blew smoke in my face and said what do you want? i told he jon said you have some parts for me to pick up. he said jon who? by now i'm starting to do a hot burn as i had picked up parts for boss before and had been in store with both of them several times. parts man finished his cigarette and found the parts jon called him about. they where still in the parts bin even tho he knew i was coming for them. when i got to jon's he said were they busy in there? i said no and told him what happened. after i went to feild with tractor jon called owner of business and told him what happened. jon said i know he has been the same with me. the next day jon told me the parts man got fired and it was my fault. the owner told jon that's the last straw. i can't put up with him anymore i've told him about his poor attitude with customers and the way he acts toward some of the farmers wives
