Thanks for reply guys. It did sit for 15 years and I didn't say that I filled with oil when I parked it. When I went to get it out it was free enough I could turn it with my hands. The valve sounds like it could be and issue and the marval oil from the other posting sound like good advice. Thanks again j.ray
