Posting a Photo???

I have tried several times to post a photo with no success! I am using Win XP Pro with MS Office "Outlook" 2002 The status bar fills up showing it has sent the picture; BUT the bar never disappears indicating that the picture has not finished being sent!!! ? 1) What are some of You other people using? ? 2) Any suggestions? ? 3) Do I need a different program for this? All Help Appreciated!!! Scotty
