Don't be silly. All you have done in recharging is 'moved' the electrons from one plate to the other, - at a higher chemical potential enegy. When you run the battery down the electrons don't go anywhere else, do they?
Even considering Einstein's E=mc2,
the gain in mass for that amount of energy would be infinitessimally small.
In fact, the battery is almost certainly going to get lighter when you just recharge it. Think about it, and come back to me if you can't work it out - and are interested enough for the answer!
