I've visited the Amana Colonies many times to visit with Norman Shantz. Any body get a chance to see his collection of MM's? In the last Century the Colonies used MM Machinery exclusively and had a large Dealership. Normans collection is garaged mostly at the Broom Shop at West Amana. Visit his Buisness "Shantz Furniture", maybe buy something? It is at South Amana and just east of town on the hiway. I use his Lemon Furniture Polish in the Shop. John.
