Sounds like that driver needs his butt kicked HARD! When my wife and I were first dating she had the same habit. Over time she has come to understand the importance of letting the rig idle and get the oil circulating. Got 2 boys growing fast and they will get a knock on the head if they pull this stupid stunt.
