Deerborn trip bucket

I just bought a restored Ford 8N with a Deerborn trip bucket. The bucket will pick up a good size load, but I can't get it to dump. The trip lever/piston is working fine. It looks like there was some modifications done on the lip portion of the blade. The pins/bucket swing freely, but the balance seems off. Before I start adding weights, etc. I'm Looking for any sugestions or a picture of a properly mounted bucket.
