Marlow is probably right 2 things you can try 1 get it inside some where wheres its at least 35 degrees or hotter, or wait for warm weather or if you can't get it inside get a couple of traps and a couple heat lamps/ small heaters and get it warm enough to change the filters and fluid and hope you didn't smoke your pump to badly. Hope this helps get you going again
