Just as a side note about what people throw out.
The 1st summer I worked as a underground utility locator in Carmal,Ind Ritzy kind of naborhood.
I drug home about 27 lawn mowers that these folks had thrown out. Seems when ever a lawn mower makes a sputtering sound its time to get a new one. I ended up with about 20 good working ones most just needed a tune up or maybe a recoil spring.
Had one heck of a spring rummage sale the next spring.
