I agree GG. Mixing gas into diesel is not a sound idea. Most diesel engine mfgrs recommend mixing a maximum of 10% kerosene with diesel in winter. After reading some of the posts I now think my diesels are extremely good, as I never need to resort to these extreme measures. I always buy winter blend fuel in the fall to refill my bulk tank, after allowing the tank to empty around September and I always buy from Co-op to get the best quality diesel sold.
