It is not the sellers buisness whatsoever and does not affect him in the least where the paypal money comes from. If the seller does rip you off though and high tails the transferred money from his paypal account, you've lost it for good, as you don't have the backbone of your credit card company to fight for you. paypal will only transfer money back from the sellers paypal account which will conveniently always be empty. NEVER use a bank account with paypal.
