RAR/IA has the right idea, find someone you can trust to at least keep an eye on the place. The wife and recently attended an estate auction which had listed a large collection of very desirable/collectible glassware. There was no one living in the house, and it was in a rather remote location. Sometime between when the sale bill was posted, and the day of the auction, most of that glassware disappeared. You cannot be to careful. I live in southwest Iowa, E-mail me if I may be of service.
