One fellow on this forum told his story of lending his buddy money to save his house from foreclosure, buddy ended up suing him for harassment. What a joke. But scary thing is crap like that happens everyday. I know their are millions of good honest people out there, but when your dealing with large sums of money, i would say over $500, you can't really trust anyone these days unless you are fully prepared to lose the money or fight to get it. Unless someone is living a really sheltered life, they know personal checks are no good. Multibillion dollar grocery stores can't afford to lose money from personal checks so why would any normal person?
