I think $10000US dollars is more than just a "little" trust. Even if a neighbor was doing the buying. One fellow on this forum told his story of lending his buddy money to save his house from foreclosure, buddy ended up suing him for harassment. What a joke. But scary thing is crap like that happens everyday. I know their are millions of good honest people out there, but when your dealing with large sums of money, i would say over $500, you can't really trust anyone these days unless you are fully prepared to lose the money or fight to get it. Unless someone is living a really sheltered life, they know personal checks are no good. Multibillion dollar grocery stores can't afford to lose money from personal checks so why would any normal person?
