Ken Burns/PBS did a great job in the presentation of that story with such a wonderful film. Not an easy task to make the film I'm sure. Jackson and his mechanic had quite a dream, and above all perserverance. I expect most men today would have thrown in the towel and gone home with their tails between their legs. If they had tails that is. You have to admire Mrs. Jackson too, for allowing her husband to attempt such a feat with such odds. Ah yes, we boys and our toys!
