If I were to have a heater and able to warm tne engine, I would. More wear takes place when the engine is cold and any increase in temp must be worthwhile - and economic if electricity is cheap enough, as liqid fuel is expensive for warming up an engine. Hope to fit a heater system to my car today, so it can demist/defrost before I leave for work as well as having a warm engine and interior. Regards,RAB
