Danny, I have gone on many heating service calls at 2:00 in the morning, and not at any wimpy 10 degrees. Here in northern North Dakota, it gets -30 below, as it is supposed to this weekend. Add the windchill to that, and it gets a bit nippy! That being said, I was not being a smart a$$. No one can tell you absolutely for sure what block heater is in your pickup. I have seen them for the Fords in several wattages. It would depend on what the factory happened to use, or it could have even been installed by the dealer before the initial sale. Therefore, I thought I was being reasonable in suggesting that you, as a qualified heating serviceman, would be in the unique position to have an AC ammeter with which you could determine the actual amperage, and would not have to guess!
