Simplicity makes a good garden tractor, but I think that $1600 is bit steep for a 3 year old Broadmoor Simp. Does he have the bill of sale? Why is he selling it after 3 years, is he moving? DId he get a bigger tractor? That tractor is quite small. A neighbor of mine bought a cub cadet (80s model) for $600 with plow and mower, runs good. (16 or 18HP) You could spend $2500 or so and get a new simplicity.
