I've had excellent luck with Castrol Super Clean. I buy it in gallon jugs and put it in a spray bottle. It seems to work best if you don't wet the surface first. Spray it on full strength and wash off with a pressure washer or hose after letting it soak. For really heavy stuff keep soaking it down as it soaks in. It will take paint off of anything that has had grease or oil on it.
