what year is this tractor

I have a Model # 30 ser # 806999 and I am tring to find out what year this tractor was made. It has a 4 cyl gas engine, 4 speed tranny. I do not know if this is of any value but the engine is green in color. I picked it up , out of an old bard . the people wanted to get rid of it so I hauled it off. they told me that it has been setting there for atleast 20 years if not longer. Got it home and it fired up in about 20 min but leaks oil all over the place. I want to redo it but I need to know the year. any help would be apreciated.
