Well this is course a serious problem and no one person or country is to blame. It now appears that we all know something we didn't a few years ago and thats in regards to the feed we are giving our food supply. There is something to that old saying "you are what you eat". I just hope they have gotten to the actual cause. One thing I do think though and even though it may cost me money, downed cattle should never be near a packing house. That would include broken legs since that's what some french farms did to get cattle with MCD to slaughter. There should be no finger pointing to the north or south, since "lucky" for all of us so much trade goes on between us, some cattle have more travel miles than I do...........
