One dry plug would indicate to me that it ain't getting it's fair share of fuel. As, I think you have said previously that compression is low? on both, it may be that there is something quite worn out, like rings, valves/seats or bores, or there may be an induction leak on one cylinder. Engines will run on very low compression, much lower than they should have ideally. It seems that this engine may be due at least a top end overhaul. Regards, RAB
