Hi Doug, I personally like diesels as there very simple to keep running and more fuel efficent. Change fuel, air and oil filters, drain the fuel water seperator every few weeks and your maintaince is done. Of course when they break down, typical repairs are usually higher but a good running engine will last a very long time. T_Bone
