Hi Mike, It is a slab sitting on 10"x4' deep steel reinforced trenched footers. The garage floor is 4" of fiber reinforced concrete and the apron/drive is 6" of fiber concrete. Bottom sill plate is green treat sitting on a contact seal layer. 'Sides, my cars & trucks don't get dirty.........Ha! :>) Thanks for the hollar, Allan
