When you put the rim on the hub make sure the rim and contact points on the center are clean. The wheel should self center but make sure you tighten the locks evenly. To balance them I would find someone that has the equipment to balance them on the trailer. Some shops have equipment that can spin the wheel on the trailer and balance the entire rotating assembly. You have to take care to reinstall the wheel in the same spot on the center if you ever have them off after this is done to keep them balanced.
Had this done on an old truck I used to have and it worked great.
