If you can find a good one, an IH 300 or 350 Utility model would suit your purpose. They didn't come with a 3pt hitch, but can easily be set up for 3pt. Many came with the 2pt "Fast-Hitch", but some had a standard drawbar. I think all of these had live hydraulics, and most had live pto. Some had power steering, and some had the TA transmission for extra speeds. They are maneuveable, easy to work on, plenty of power in a small package, and will take LOTS of abuse without complaint. The front end is heavy enough for a loader. Some of the later IH utility models might also be a good choice, if the price is right.
