Ford Man is right,Deere took it to Mexico, then sold it. Old Homelite plant is about 10 miles from me, another about 50 miles from here in NC. A lot of good folks got put out of work when it was moved to Mexico, & most were highly paid, skilled jobs. Good jobs gone...... Never to return....
In the late 80's I did a lot of work building & repairing molds making plastic parts for Homelite.
