I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. I've been there and done that, and you will find that it is not easy, even knowing that he is now at rest. In December of 1996 we buried my 105 year old aunt. She had been in a nursing home for about a decade. At her funeral my brother made the comment, "I sure hope that I don't live to be that old." He didn't. Within four months he had died of cancer. The last week of February 1997 he went in for his 5th sinus operation, and they discovered tumors instead of sinus problems. He died March 19th. Thankfully he had little pain. He was only 53 years old whereas most of my family lives to be in their 90s. Even if he is now at rest and free of pain, I do know your pain. It is my prayer that you get past his death quickly with help from above. I'm sorry to hear of your loss too Jimmy. Certainly not easy, especially at this time of year.
