Why are you replacing the flywheel? Unless it is cracked or the bolt holes elongated,the flywheel can be machined(both the friction face and mounting flange for the pressure plate). If you have never done one before,at least buy an I&T manual.All 6 clutch fingers have to be set before installation,and you have 2 clutch discs to get lined up. You have to drain the coolant,unhook some hydraulic lines,unhook the wiring harnesses,tachometer cable,ether aid etc. Make sure you have suitable support devices at hand,both for the front end and trans. Its not a bad job if you are familiar with heavy equipment,but its not like putting a clutch in a car or pickup.
