You've posted detail in the past, no doubt of your tractor knowledge, but knowing that a certain color and model, is in Edmonton, Alberta, what then? You see a few e mail pics, travel to view; a welded block, transmission noise. No deal. Who pays for your getting jerked around? How would you 'know' the flaws of every model? Seems you could find better gainful employment. There is a woman, that advertises on the net, to find any tractor. I believe her name is Carol..something. The ads are about 3 years running, maybe there's a niche.
