Continental engine which one is it???????????

I have this engine in a cletrac HG on the side of the block it has E 15 T on the head it has 2 over a W over 7-19-43 serial # plate is gone, it has a distibutor that uses part # A70 points. Gov is on the low right front of the engine but missing parts I need to know what it is and maybe what it came out of since I know its not what should be in this HG. Any and all ideas/guess welcome Please. By the way I got it running today but still need parts to get it right
