In the area I live, privacy is paramount. We are overrun with people from the I-5 corridor trying to buy land CHEAP. I wouldn't even consider driving up a local's driveway without an invitation. I leave a note in their mailbox, hand written & in an envelope. If they are considering selling and your phone number is recognized as local, you will get a response.
