Hi Red Dave , From what I remember , due to the accident , the seatbelt latch was not accessible. And no , the sherriff couldn't find anything to cut the strap. Aparrently no fire extinguisher. Or maybe the extinguisher didn't work. Not shure about that. This was 32 years ago. Maybe 33 years ago. I'm shure a lot has changed between then and now. I'll bet the sherriff still has nightmares.
