There is a circuit breaker behind the seat (not the ground switch which activates the elerctrical system), push it and see what happens. Is this a 24v starting system, and if so does the tractor start? There also may be a loose connection to the wire entering the fuse panel. The main wire is the one farthest left, which connects to the fuse for the back lights, it's on the bottom side of the fuse, and black in colour, check to see if current is coming into this wire.
