Some observations; On short drives into town(about ten miles) I will usually catch up with the speeders at the stop light. I live on the corner of a rural intersection. N-S road is a 2 lane hiway with no passing zones thru the intersection and signs posted that say the same. But that dont mean anything to alot of drivers. They pass any way. Saw a New Holland tractor go by. Must be a new one and must have beem going about 35mph. steve
