If you want someyhing to mow with, the Cub with a Woods belly mower is very handy. But for other jobs the Cub is too under powered. I think they are only about 9 HP, and changing equiptment is somewhat of a pain. I not a fan of the N series Fords, too pricey for what you get. For a good all around tractor, I'd look at a WD/WD45, D14-D15 Allis Chalmers,a B John Deere, or a H Farmall. All of these are very good tractors and parts are still available.
