"Easy" is a relative thing- and I agree that if you do it right, its going to involve time and $$ unless it's so nice it doesn't need to be restored in the first place. Howsomever, to try to answer your question, if I were to say "easy restoration" in a tractor I was selling, it would mean sheet metal is pretty straight, the engine runs well and doesn't need anything beyond sandblasting and painting, everything works, and virtually all parts are there. However, to others, it may mean if you're under 40 years old, and are willing to spend most nights and weekends on this little darlin', you should have it standing tall by the time you retire.
