IH 444 diesel fuel system

I am working on an IH444 diesel. The filter bowl and hand priming pump was by-passed by a previous owner. I want to reconnect them, but they are made for an english fitting I have not seen before . There is a bolt through a ring at the end of the tubing. Where can I find these fittings? some are missing.
