I may have missed the comment but in regard to your earlier post about your low driveway being slick and allowing you to slide out onto the county road or highway. Since your photo shows that you have a garage that will prevent frost or snow from covering your windows which is good.
What is not good however is the fact that many of us are always in a hurry. Your autos should be fully warmed up before you start down the hill because if they are cold the auto choke is on and that may cause you to need to touch your brakes and cause a skid to start. I don't know if others mentioned this but I think it is something to watch for. The warm engine will start out with lower rpm's so you may not need to use the brakes. Nice looking place.
