Brad, the 602 is basicly a newer M5. Not much
difference in the two. Rare is how you look at it.
I was told that JD built more A & B tractors tham
MM sold all together. So with that in mind, yes it
is rare. However, the nimber of people looking for
a 602 may be limited. The seat problem. Make sure
the bushings in the back support arms are good.
They are probably missing. Make sure the arms are
not bent and pulled tight in the bushings. Look
under the seat. More than likly these bushings are
bad also. They are a small bearing that you can
get at a good bearing warehouse.
