If you have a good relationship with your bank and they are willing to cover your needs stay with them. I have talked to FCS a few times and they always end up frustrating me because of their stock requirements and "you aren't big enough" attitude. When I bought my farm I had a substantial down payment and they weren't willing to loan me $40,000 to finish the deal because it "wasn't worth their while". I called my bank and got the loan with a phone call and a financial statement.
