That pump doesn't have enough flow or pressure to run a snowblower.If you want a hydraulic drive it would require a pto driven hydrostatic pump,a large reservoir and some sort of cooler. You are driving your pump with a 1/2 in. shaft and it won't take the strain. As for engine driven,it would require at minimum 30-40hp depending on the size of the blower you have. You add this weight to the weight of the blower on the front of your tractor and I don't think you would be able to make it move without some serious counterweighting. Kinda asking too much out of a 40 hp tractor.
