Osma Bin Laden was killed in a bombing raid, upon his arrival in heaven, he was greeted by George Washington and Thomas Jefferson who proceeded to beat the tar out of him, followed by 38 others from Virginia who did likewise, repeatedly.
He called to Allah; You promised 40 virgens, and Allah replied;"you misunderstood, I said 40 Virginians'"
