401's are parent bore engines like all other '65 and up units. If you're EXTREMELY LUCKY it will be the head gasket, but it's more likely that it's a pin hole into the cooling jacket from cavitation corrosion. If I remember correctly the TW5/15/25/35 have the new style block, which is still available if you can't find a salvage one. Pull the pan, fill the cooling system and look for drips, you probably won't even have to pressureize the system to find them.
