I think the silage blower would work if you had a really big job and lots of time on your hands. It would be very large and bulky (dangerous) to use. Alternatively, you might want to fashion a leaf blower, vacuum system using one of the smaller blowers on an old grinder/mixer mill that used to be used on most farms to grind cattle feed. That blower could be rigged to a small gas engine - heck it already has the pulley! This contraption could then be mounted on a 3 point hitch platform or you could build a small push unit.
