Hard starting MC

MC starting hard for some reason, now that it's cold out, I'm sure that has major play on prob.
Going to check all battery connections good, charge battery, test battery. I have good spark, and plugs are wet with gas, but no fire.
Could this be weak battery, cables, cold.
Fill in the gap's so I can get my MC started so I can restore it and paint it....thanks
