I think the biggest problem is that all the old good parts men have died or retired. I had the same trouble from our local New Holland(Ford) dealor. I was trying to gat parts for my BMB mower which they deal as Rhino now and the parts person wouldn't even try to locate my part. She did give me a toll free number to Rhino and they had 1200 of the parts I needed in a warehouse in Kansas City, but would not sale it to me because I wasn't a dealer, so I had to go back to the local dealer to have them order it for me. I did not see any since in all this hoopla.
