The local CASE dealer is the same way. Unless you are going to buy $$,$$$.$$ of parts and accessories, we really don't have time for you. There are 3 of them in So. Cal. they are owned by the same people. I havent been to the other 2 stores, and I won't. Come to find out their reputation is already known. They have cut their own throat. Oh, and don't ask any questions..... I now deal with a bunch of great guys (I don't know if they are gay) in Pheinox Az. WWW.falconpower.com
