I was with the local volunteer fire department for several years and saw enough to indicate that wearing seat belts was a good idea. Now in Oregon it is the law. I operate a Cat 950 with a seat belt and have it buckled before it ever moves. It is company policy and OSHA rules. I would probably wear it even if not forced to. Dan
